How billing works
No contracts, no surprise renewals
One payment, one term
You pay once for the length you chose. Nothing recurs automatically — when the term ends, you decide whether to renew.
Canadian dollars, no conversion
Every price on this page is CAD. No foreign-transaction surprise on the card statement at the end of the month.
Upgrade whenever
Started on the intro month and want the year? We credit what is left of the current term against the longer plan.
Refund conditions are spelled out in the refund policy, and the full contract sits on the terms of service page.
