Frequently asked questions about TigerTV

Fourteen answers covering devices, activation times, streaming quality, billing and support. If yours is not here, message us and we will add it.

Anything that runs IBO Player. That covers the Fire TV Stick, Android handsets, tablets and TV boxes, Windows 10 and 11 desktops, Macs, Debian and Ubuntu machines, and the native apps sitting in the Samsung Tizen and LG WebOS stores. MAG and Enigma decoders connect through a portal line instead. The setup guide has a section per platform.

Between 5 and 15 minutes for most orders placed between 7 a.m. and 1 a.m. Eastern. Friday and Saturday evenings are our busiest window and the outside limit stretches to about two hours. Credentials go out on WhatsApp simultaneously.

No. One subscription authorises one device at a time, and parallel connections trip an automatic lock that suspends the line until support reviews it. Households with two main screens simply take two subscriptions — the intro plan makes the second one inexpensive.

Write to us a day or two before the end date. You choose between keeping the same credentials or receiving fresh ones, and renewing customers stay in the price bracket they started on rather than paying whatever the current rate is.

No. TigerTV streams over ordinary HTTPS from servers peered in Canada, and none of our Canadian subscribers need a tunnel to reach them. If your ISP throttles video at peak hours a VPN can occasionally help, but it is not part of the setup.

25 Mbps handles HD comfortably. For consistent 4K on the main television, aim for 50 Mbps or better, ideally over Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi. Anything above 100 Mbps makes no further difference — the bottleneck moves to the broadcaster.

No, and nothing renews on its own. You pay once for the term you picked; if you choose not to renew, the line simply stops on its end date.

Credit and debit cards, Interac transfer, and the main e-wallets. An agent sends a secure payment link after you submit the order form — TigerTV never stores card numbers.

Usually yes, and usually within a day. Send the exact channel name to support. Our lineup already covers Canadian networks, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Scandinavia, the Arab world, Latin America, Asia and Oceania — see the channel list.

72 hours on supported channels. Scroll backwards in the guide and pick the programme; it plays like a recording. Availability depends on the broadcaster, so not every feed carries it.

IBO Player is a third-party application with its own one-time licence — roughly €5 for a year or €10 for life, paid to its developer. That fee is not part of your TigerTV subscription and we do not take a cut of it.

Yes. The line works from any country with an internet connection. Content is geo-organised rather than geo-locked, so a subscriber in Ottawa and one travelling through Europe see the same lineup.

All sales are final once a line has been activated, with two exceptions: a verified outage over 72 consecutive hours, and duplicate charges. Both are detailed in the refund policy. This is precisely why the CA$10.99 intro month exists.

Yes — a credit-based panel with sub-reseller creation, full subscription control and weekly server updates. The reseller page lists the credit packages and how the accounting works.

Still unsure? Ask support directly, read the setup guide, or go straight to the plans.

One question left

Will it work on my television?

Tell us the make and model and we will confirm before you pay. Nine times out of ten the answer is yes, and the tenth has a $40 Android stick as its fix.
