When a refund or credit is available, how to ask for one, and why we price the first month low instead.
At TigerTV we would rather you stayed because the service works than because a policy trapped you. This page explains exactly when a refund or credit is available, how to request one, and where the limits sit.
All subscription purchases are final once an account has been activated.
Because the Service gives immediate access to digital streaming content as soon as payment clears, refunds cannot be issued after credentials have been delivered and activated. This matches standard practice for digital subscription services and complies with applicable consumer protection law in Canada.
This is precisely why the introductory 1-month plan at CA$10.99 exists — evaluate the picture at low cost before committing to a longer term.
If TigerTV suffers a verified outage affecting your account for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may receive a pro-rata credit applied to your next period, proportional to the time the Service was unavailable.
If you were charged more than once for the same plan because of a technical error, the duplicate charge is refunded in full.
TigerTV offers a discounted introductory 1-month plan at CA$10.99 so that nobody has to gamble a year's payment on a service they have not watched. Every new customer is encouraged to start there. Order it from the checkout page or ask an agent at [email protected].
Please contact [email protected] before opening a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks lead to immediate account suspension and may be disputed. Chargebacks found to be fraudulent may be pursued through appropriate legal channels.
We may modify this policy at any time. Updates are published at https://tigertv.ca/refund.html with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
