Terms of service

Welcome to TigerTV ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://tigertv.ca ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service description

TigerTV provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic programme guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

2. Account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when ordering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in Canada, to hold an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscription plans and payment

TigerTV offers subscription plans of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, plus a discounted introductory 1-month plan for new customers. Current prices for all plans are displayed on the pricing page and at checkout.

• All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
• Subscriptions are activated as soon as payment is confirmed.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. TigerTV does not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless expressly stated at checkout.

4. Refunds

All sales are final once an account has been activated. Because the Service delivers digital content immediately:

• No refunds are issued after account activation.
• Exceptions apply only to (a) a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, for which a pro-rata credit may be issued, or (b) a confirmed duplicate charge, refunded in full.
• Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

• Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your credentials to any third party.
• Use the Service to broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, DRM protections or authentication systems.
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that breaches any applicable law in Canada or elsewhere.
• Access content in regions where such access is prohibited.

Breach of this section results in immediate termination without refund.

6. Device limitation

Each subscription allows access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming on multiple devices is not permitted and triggers an automatic account lock. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application; TigerTV does not support third-party applications. Installation instructions are published in our setup guide.

7. Service availability

TigerTV works to maintain 99.9% uptime, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• Scheduled maintenance, announced in advance where possible
• Unplanned technical incidents
• Disruption at third-party content providers
• Force majeure events

TigerTV is not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the Service — live channels, video on demand, logos and EPG data — remains the property of its respective owners and licensors. TigerTV claims no ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only.

The TigerTV name, logo and website design are the property of TigerTV and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]; access continues until the end of the paid period.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIGERTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively before the courts of Ontario, Canada.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be published at https://tigertv.ca/terms.html with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
